Remember our blogpost last week showing images from a morning trip to the Victoria Falls on the Zambian side of the river - see A trip to the Falls (Part 1)? Well here's another little collection of images from the Falls, this time an afternoon trip taken a week after the first set of images. The photographers out there will be interested to compare the views and relative lighting at different times of the day.

Bundu Adventures have announced the start of rafting from Rapid #1 and the start of the Zambezi Low Water Season!
Want to know what to expect from a visit to the Victoria Falls from the Zambian side? Well here's a little photo gallery of shots from a little morning walk around the Falls last week. A visit to the Falls will vary according to the time of year you visit - now is a great time to view them, with the river levels steadily dropping after the seasonal rains (Nov-Mar), and the spray and water reducing in volume. The August full moon is probably the best time of year to witness this phenomenon. We soon expect full-day rafting to be running from rapid number one and the Devil's Pool will be open again soon, followed by tours under the Falls - all exclusives from the Livingstone, Zambian, side of the river.
The period of the full moon offers a magical opportunity to visitors of the Victoria Falls - a lunar rainbow, or 'moonbow'.
