Bars and Restaurants

About ten years ago, there would be very little to choose from in the Livingstone restaurants apart from Nshima (Maize meal porridge) and cabbage, chicken or stew. We still find these places, but in the meantime a nice selection of international cuisine has found the way to Livingstone. There is of course the fast food and pizza place, but also the quaint smaller eating places, Indian, Seafood, excellent restaurants in the hotels and even Chinese. Pavement Cafés and coffee shops are also popping up under the big shady trees in the center of town.
