Dominic Mulwisa, Director of Operations at Chapa Classic Lodge and Tours, was a lecturer in Mechanical Engineering until 2003, when he looked at the accommodation that Livingstone had to offer and thought "I can do better." After launching the guesthouse with only three rooms, he continued to invest every cent he made into the business, and borrowed money to upgrade, before repaying the loan and repeating the process.
